1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to secure a reservation.

1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days (3 months) prior to the departure date.

1.3 Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

1.4 Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Age Requirement

2.1 All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2.2 No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to participate under any circumstances.

3. Participant Requirements

3.1 All participants must be able to swim confidently and unassisted in open water.

3.2 Participants must be in good physical health and capable of engaging in moderate physical activity.

3.3 Any medical conditions (including but not limited to asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, injuries, or pregnancy) must be disclosed prior to booking.

3.4 We’ve All Done Stuff reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s medical condition, physical ability, or behavior presents a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, or marine life.

4. Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

4.1 The safety of guests, staff, and marine wildlife is our highest priority.

4.2 All participants must follow crew instructions at all times.

4.3 The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of staff or other guests

• Reckless or unsafe conduct in the water or onboard the vessel

• Damage to equipment or property

• Touching, chasing, harassing, feeding, or harming marine wildlife

• Possession or use of illegal substances

• Excessive alcohol consumption or intoxication

4.4 We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy.

4.5 Any participant found violating these rules will be immediately removed from the trip without refund.

4.6 If removal occurs during the trip, the participant will be responsible for all associated costs, including transportation and accommodation if applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 The $150 deposit is strictly non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure may receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.

5.3 Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.

5.4 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Weather & Operational Changes

6.1 Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.

6.2 We’ve All Done Stuff reserves the right to modify itineraries, delay departures, or cancel trips for safety reasons.

6.3 No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments made due to safety, environmental, or weather conditions beyond our control.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

7.1 I acknowledge that snorkeling and marine excursions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Drowning

• Injury from marine life

• Slips, falls, or vessel-related incidents

• Changing sea or weather conditions

• Equipment malfunction

• Remote location medical delays

7.2 I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

7.3 I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation.

7.4 I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless We’ve All Done Stuff, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the trip, except where prohibited by law.

7.5 I confirm that I am physically fit, able to swim, and voluntarily participating in this activity.

7.6 I understand that emergency medical treatment in remote marine environments may be delayed and agree that any medical expenses incurred are my responsibility.

8. Media Release

8.1 I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the trip to be used for marketing or promotional purposes unless I provide written notice prior to departure.

9. Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years of age or older.

• I can swim confidently without assistance.

• I have read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions.

• I voluntarily agree to all terms stated above.
